We are looking for an iOS Developer to develop and maintain our innovative hearing health platforms, ensuring code is generated neat, accurate and scalable, in accordance with specifications. Our projects are built in Swift. We commonly use bluetooth as an interface to connect to Medical devices. For crossplatform libraries we use kotlin multiplatform. We are busy building a platform that integrates with different brands of hearing aids and provides users with an end to end audiology solution.

We are looking for an Audiologist with a passion for providing training and ensuring that our team keeps on learning and improving. This person will be responsible for developing training material and continuously presenting it to inhouse Audiologists (Hearing Experts) and Relationship Managers in the Hearing Hub. The training will be aimed at continuous improvement as well as onboarding of new staff. This person will also be involved with optimising the sales process.

We are looking for Audiologists who would act as Hearing Experts in our Call Centre. Responsibilities include providing high quality counselling and remote care to a hearing care programme being provisioned to service the market in the United States. The successful candidates will ensure that clients understand the effects of hearing loss, and counsel them through the options available to them in terms of hearing care. Clients will be assisted remotely via video and voice calls, with the Hearing Expert troubleshooting issues with hearing aids remotely, and making suggested changes and tweaks to the settings and functioning of the hearing aids for the client. Working hours are from 16:00 - 03:00 (EST time: 9am - 8pm), 4 working days on and 1 working day off, Mondays to Fridays.

We are looking for Relationship Managers for our Call Centre. The successful candidate should have one to three years experience working in a call centre. Job responsibilities include conducting telephonic sales as well as handling customer issues pertaining to the specified product. Empathy, problem solving skills and enthusiasm are required. Working hours are from 16:00 - 03:00 (EST time: 9am - 8pm), 4 working days on and 1 working day off, Mondays to Fridays.

We are looking at a well versed Front End Developer to utilise various web based development languages to build responsive and adaptive UI for internal and public facing web applications.
